Most of the crimes in Poison Panic have domestic settings, and part of my research involved constructing family trees for the accused women. I worked from these while writing the book, but did not include them in the book itself as I thought they might be confusing without lots of commentary. I didn’t want them to hold up the narrative, or annoy readers who aren’t interested in family trees, so decided to make the trees available online.

Please note that as the trees include date of death, they are “spoilers” if you don’t yet know which of the women were hanged!
